We are aware that Pets may scratch or rub off crystals in play, and with that in mind, a few replacement crystals are enclosed with every lead. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds since every order is custom made. However, we assure you the bonding glue used is extremely strong, and should keep the custom crystal work intact.
