How to MEASURE A COLLAR

Measure the circumfrence of your dogs neck with a meausuring tape at the base where you'd like the collar to sit.

Insert two fingers under the measuring tape to allow for breathing room and comfort. Retain the measurement and then refer to the size chart below to assure a proper fit.

on all our collars.

Please understand that every Crystal is individually hand set, and although we use an extremely strong bonding glue, these are fantasy collars designed for occasionional wear. Pets may also scratch or rub off crystals in play, and with that in mind, a few replacement Swarovski ® Crystals are enclosed with every collar. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds since every order is custom made. However, we assure you the bonding glue used is extremely strong, and, should keep the custom crystal work intact.
